| Description
- Services TRIAD Health Systems, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Carroll, Gallatin and Owen Counties. Preventive and primary health services for all ages are provided. Our target population includes all residents of the service area with special emphasis on low-income, un-insured and under-insured individuals. The Health Center is a non-profit community facility governed by a board of directors that are volunteers from the community.
