- Services St. Claire Medical Center has five rural health clinic/primary care centers in the surrounding counties which serves an 11 county service area of Rowan, Menifee, Bath, Center, Elliott, Wolfe, Magoffin, Morgan, Montgomery, Fleming and Lewis Counties. In accordance with the charisma of the sisters of Notre Dame, the healing ministry of health care is directed to the needs of the people of Eastern Kentucky. Services include family practice, prenatal and obstetric services, dental, optometry, pharmacy, mental health, dietary, geriatric and social services. The medical staff includes physicians, a dentist, an optometrist, a pharmacist, and physician assistants, advanced registered nurse practitioners and midwives. St.
