- Services Louisville Primary Care Center focuses on managed care, serving all patients regardless of their ability to pay. The Center offers many additional services to its primary care services. The Louisville Primary Care Center performs all routine medical procedures on-site. Its staff includes three physicians, three nurse practitioners, a dentist, a registered dietitian, a pharmacist, a social worker, a nurse educator, nurses and support staff. Services: Obstetrics/Gynecology; Urology; Cardiology; General Surgery; Dental; Social Services; Pharmacy; Nutrition Counseling; Prenatal and Well-baby; Geriatric Visits. Wellness Screening Center on-site. |
