| Description
- Services Kentucky Mountain Health Alliance coordinates and provides primary health care and support services to the homeless in Perry and Harlan Counties. This is a 330 federally funded project supported by the Hazard Perry County Community Ministries and Harlan Countians for a Healthy Community. In Perry County the homeless services are provided at Little Flower Clinic. In Harlan County, services are provided at Clover Fork Clinic. |
