- Services Hazard Clinic operates a full service clinic offering examination and treatment. Hazard Clinic has a House Call program provided by Nurse Practitioners, covering a four county service area. The aim is to keep elders out of the hospital and healthy at home. Services: Medical and Preventive Care; Lab; CT; X-ray and Ultrasound; Cardiac Echocardiogram; EKG; PFT; Lipid Clinic; Mammograms; Nerve Conduction Studies; Bone Denistometry and MRI. The Jackson Clinic operates a full service clinic offering examinations and treatments. Ancillary Services offered include diagnostic x-ray, lab, CT scans, cardiac echocardiograms, and ultrasound. |
