Description - Services
Bluegrass Community Health Center is a federally funded Community and Migrant Health Center serving eight counties in Central Kentucky (Fayette, Woodford, Scott, Bourbon, Clark, Madison, Garrard, and Jessamine). Comprehensive preventive and primary health services for all ages are provided at the Center's two clinics in Lexington, KY. Case management and outreach services are provided throughout the Center's service area. BCHC's target population includes low-income un/underinsured, migrant, immigrant, and homeless individuals.

All services are provided in a culturally and linguistically competent environment.

Bluegrass Community Health Center is a Sponsored Program of Eastern Kentucky University.
